Mesothelioma Awareness Day — September 26 — is just around the corner! It has been the driving force behind the movement to bring more attention and funding to mesothelioma since it was established by Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation community members established in 2004.
Join the Meso Foundation in recognizing the 16th annual Mesothelioma Awareness Day by:
- Painting the world in mesothelioma blue
- Take photos of yourself and your family, friends and colleagues wearing blue.
- Share those photos on social media explaining why it is important to you to raise awareness, tag the Meso Foundation and use #curemeso.
- Email us your photos so we can cross post them on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Any blue will do, but if you’d like, you can purchase blue shirts from our store.
- Sharing the Foundation’s social media posts
- Share infographics, facts, important information, and other posts that we will share on the Foundation’s social media channels.
- Adding the Facebook frame to your profile picture
- A special Mesothelioma Awareness Day frame will be available soon to add to your profile picture.
- Obtaining a Mesothelioma Awareness Day proclamation from your city or state
- Contact us at [email protected] if you’re interested in doing this.
