On Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at 8:00 PM EDT, the Meso Foundation’s Meet the Mesothelioma Experts live broadcast will feature Michael Harbut, MD.
Dr. Harbut will discuss his new research project which seeks to identify markers for mesothelioma using a non-invasive technique which samples organic compounds in the breath of test subjects. If successful, Dr. Harbut’s project will make it easier to screen individuals at risk for mesothelioma through a breath test, thus more quickly diagnosing, and ultimately treating, patients.
This live broadcast is open and appropriate for all members of the mesothelioma community including patients, families, medical professionals and anyone else interested in learning more. There is no charge, but we do ask that you RSVP in order to receive the call-in phone number.
