Today, the Meso Foundation wrote a letter to the acting administrator of the EPA urging the agency to account for legacy asbestos when evaluating asbestos risk and the magnitude of the asbestos problem. This letter came as a response to the EPA’s decision to exclude legacy uses of asbestos in its problem formulation.
