During February, the Meso Foundation will be undergoing a database migration. Our previous database provider suddenly announced a discontinuation of their product, forcing us to migrate to a new platform. Mostly, you will not be affected by this change as most of its components are only used by our staff.
However, this migration may impact you if you use or have ever used our fundraising pages or our tribute pages. We are working to make this transition as smooth as possible for those of you impacted, and want to share the following information. If you need any of the information from a discontinued fundraising or tribute page, please contact Maja Belamaric at [email protected] or (703) 879-3822. We can provide you with all donor names as well as screen shots of the pages as they existed on the web.
Fundraising Pages
If you use or have ever used our fundraising pages please note the following:
- All previous pages hosted through our previous system are no longer available and your old login will no longer work.
- The new platform provides fundraising pages, and each fundraiser who wishes to continue utilizing a fundraising page will need to establish a new page. We can help you set up your new page with a brand new login.
- We can help you customize your page to make sure donors from your old page are given credit on the new one, as well.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you’re a fundraiser and are using Crowdrise, this change will not affect you. Also, if you are an aspiring fundraiser, please contact our team before creating an account with any fundraising tool so we can recommend the right platform for your goals.
NEW FEATURE: In addition to accessing your account through a computer, you will now be able to manage it via a mobile app, too.

Tribute Pages
Tribute Pages have also been discontinued due to the migration. If you’re a family member who has used our Tribute Pages, please contact us for help setting up a page within our new system, and also to learn about new options to track memorial gifts and gifts in lieu of flowers.
NEW FEATURE: If not interested in creating a tribute page, you can now make a gift in memory or honor of someone directly on our donation page. When doing so, you will still be able to let us know who to notify of the gift made.
