Last Stop on the Symposium Tour: Chicago!

Symposium in Chicago

On Friday, October 7, the Meso Foundation and the mesothelioma community will gather for the last time in 2016 for a one-day conference in Chicago, Illinois. Following conferences in Houston and San Francisco, the Meso Foundation’s 2016 International Symposium on Malignant Mesothelioma will conclude with its final stop in Chicago.

The conference in Chicago will be a one-day event starting at 8:00AM. Registration costs $65 and includes breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and a concluding cocktail hour to close out the day at around 6:30PM. The event will feature top mesothelioma experts, professionally-moderated support sessions, and numerous opportunities for socialization.

The conference will be held at The Kimpton Gray Hotel, located at 122 W Monroe St, Chicago, IL 60603 (view map). Often, when prepaying for a room reservation the rate charged is lower. Please inquire with the hotel if you’re interested in prepaying. For a discounted rate, use the code CAT in the section called Rate Code when booking. Click here to book your room now.

We’ve compiled an impressive agenda that features presentations by regional mesothelioma experts, including Drs. Kindler, Turaga, Straus and more from the University of Chicago, Drs. Peikert, Wigle, Mansfield and more from the Mayo Clinic, as well as doctors from the Cleveland Clinic.

Topics include clinical trials, surgery, radiation therapy, genetics, and pain management. The agenda also includes support sessions for patients and caregivers. Click here to view the complete agenda.

All event details, registration, and more can be found at curemeso.org/symposium.
